About the Book
Farm work simplification is the development and use of easier, quicker, and more economical ways of doing farm jobs. It involves studying and improving work methods in order to get more and better work done in less time and with less effort. The objective of “Farm Work Simplification” is to help farmers to make better use of available labour, materials and equipment and thereby reduce the time and energy required to do farm work.
This book deals primarily with ways of simplifying farm work. The book discusses the place of work simplification in farming – What it is, what savings can made, the principles of effective work, and how results may be used. It is hoped that the book will be quite useful for farmers, students, extension workers and others who wish to become better informed of the possibilities available to farmers for improving work methods.
